Arrivals and Departures:

Arrivals: Strictly 2pm unless by prior arrangement. Please contact our Manager to organise key collection.

Departures: By 10.00am. Please leave the unit keys in the drop box located close to Unit 4.

We are sorry but pets are not allowed (assistance animals such as Guide / Hearing Dogs are of course welcome).

The apartment you are staying in is privately owned and should be treated responsibly and with appropriate care. Damaged or broken items may be charged to the tenant.

Bookings of more than 7 days: Units are cleaned and linen replaced every 7 days

The max persons limit differs per unit and an additional cost of $15 is charged per person over (children under 5 free).

Booking Conditions:

  • Deposit
    1 night tariff for bookings of less than two weeks / 1 week tariff for bookings of two or more weeks
  • Cancellation Policy: general
    Cancellation requests must generally be made within 72 hours of arrival. A cancellation fee equal to one night's accommodation will be incurred. Deposits paid are forfeited if these cancellation requirements are not met.
  • Cancellation Policy: high demand periods
    Cancellation requests for Christmas, School Holiday, Easter and public holiday periods must be made within two weeks of arrival. A cancellation fee equal to one night's accommodation will be incurred. Deposits paid are forfeited if these cancellation requirements are not met.
  • Early Departures
    Please note there is no refund of unused nights.
  • Long Weekends
    Minimum accommodation is three consecutive nights.
  • Christmas Day
    No Christmas Day arrivals please.
